¿ QUE ES NIDART Y DONDE SE ENCUENTRA ?

Nidart es un nido de artesanos ubicado en una casa del Siglo XIX en el corazón del Mazatlán Antiguo, a un costado del Teatro Ángela Peralta.

Nidart se abrió al público en 1992 por Rak, Loa y sus niños como un talller familiar donde se elaboraban y ofrecían principalmente: máscaras y relieves de piel, figurines ("la pequeña gente de barro y piel") y los trabajos de los chicos; junto con el pan hecho en casa que compartían con sus visitantes.

En el transcurso de estos años, en Nidart se han expuesto los trabajos de varios artesanos y artistas locales, nacionales y de fuera de México.

Hoy está constituido como un nido de amigos que presentan en conjunto un muy variado mosaico artesanal.

What is Nidart and where is it?

Nidart is a nest (group) of artisans located in a XIX century house in the heart of the Old Mazatlan, next to the Angela Peralta Theater.

Nidart was opened by Rak, Loa and their children in 1992 as a family workshop where they made and offered their art crafts: mainly leather masks, faces and pins, clay figurines ("the little people of clay and leather") and their children's art work, besides the homemade bread that they shared with the visitors.

During the past years, Nidart has exhibited the artwork from different locals, national and foreign artists and artisans.

Today Nidart as a nest (group) of artisans That offers a large variety of handcrafts and art.
